Artists have claimed to portray the flower
Recreating its image
Colourful and rich tones coming to life with their brushstrokes
But their brushstrokes cannot show you the flower
To see the flower you must see its mitochondrial layers or identical chromatids
Its Cytoplasmic Streaming and adenosine triphosphate Synthase
The true image of the flower
Not one of paint and pigments that can only be reflected from the eyes
But the image reflected from Deoxyribonucleic Acid
And the life on the canvas is a myth
For we did not and could not see life,
Its richness its patterns its beauty
And with each published paper
So the brushstroke of this universe across the canvas of time shows itself to us
