They struggle and fight
And try to survive.
They follow and run
And try to stay bound.
They stumble and grow
And try to get old.
They hope and strive and stick
Until I get them fixed.

But after all, they were compliant.
They had a life that now ends
All this for great scienceā€¦
But fit in the glass on my hands.
