Is there even a point in writing all these lines//
When there is no word that is close to define//
That which has always been yours and always been mine//
The burden of the blind, starts when the newborn is crying//

We then hold on tightly to a floating rope//
Or we're busy rolling a boulder to the top of a slope//
Discovering atoms already seen through a telescope//
Creating opposing religions for the same feeling of hope//

Chasing the horizon for that satisfying end//
Creating rules only so that they can bend//
Fishing ideals so that there is something to defend//
It's about time we understand that which we cannot comprehend//
